DEPOSIT POLICY

All Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit given is used to compensate the artist for their time and materials for the preparation of your tattoo appointment. It is also used to ensure that you, the client, will show for your appointment. The deposit will go toward the cost of your tattoo/drawing, however this deposit will be forfeit if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without giving at least a 24 hour notice. If you are 30 minutes late for your appointment without contacting your artist, we will move on to the next appointment and your deposit will be forfeit. If notice is given, the deposit will still be applied to the tattoo/drawing as long as another appointment is scheduled. A reschedule date can be set for any date, but must be established within 30 days of the original appointment date. If the appointment time is changed more than once the deposit will become forfeit. The amount for each deposit will be decided by the artist and can vary for each appointment, depending on the size and detail of the tattoo/drawing. Although this guarantees your appointment, you may still have a wait time if the artist has an appointment that goes beyond expected time ahead of you. If you would like to see your design prior to your appointment time, you will need to stop in at an arranged time or contact your artist. If there are changes you would like made to the design, please contact your artist at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Your deposit may become forfeit or your appointment rescheduled (this would count as a client reschedule) if an excessive amount of changes to the originally discussed design are requested. There will be no changes on the day of your appointment, it will be considered a client reschedule.
